Addressing Age Discrimination

This workshop brought together academics, practitioners, NGOs and representatives of equality commissions and statutory agencies to reimagine and advance age equality at work, to generate ideas and innovative pathways for how we can create age-inclusive workplaces and achieve decent work for people of all ages. It was structured around the four thematic findings of this project:

  • Addressing Barriers to Individual Enforcement

  • Strengthening Positive Duties

  • Bolstering the roles of statutory agencies

  • Enhancing collective enforcement
